Kinder Country Bites

I have created a healthier version of kinder country and made bite-sized treats out of these. My kids cannot keep their hands of these- and for me- these are the perfect afternoon snack with my coffee.

Simple ingredients, and you can make these vegan, by using vegan chocolate đŸŒ±

  • 180 grams of dark chocolate
  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • 50 grams of cashew butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 15 grams of puffed brown rice
Kinder Country
  1. Melt (temper) the dark chocolate and add these to silicone muffin liners. Cover the bottom and the sides & transfer to the fridge.
  2. Melt the white chocolate & add in the cashew butter & vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until combined smoothly.
  4. Add in most of the puffed rice. Keep some for decorating these bites later.
  5. Get the muffin liners out of the fridge and add 1/2 tbsp to a tbsp to every muffin liner.
  6. Transfer back to the fridge until it hardened a little bit. Then cover with the remaining dark chocolate and the puffed rice.

These can be stored in the fridge for at least a week. If these ever survived that long. â˜ș

Love and Happiness,
