Vegan vanilla pudding oats
Have you heard of vegan vanilla pudding oats?
I love pudding and I love oats!! So why not combine these two wonderful things and make a perfect breakfast out of that?
The recipe is for one bowl of vanilla pudding oats:
Recipe
- 35 g of oats
- 150 mL of water
- 10 g of sweetener (I used vanilla sugar)
- 20 grams of vanilla pudding powder (vegan)
- 200 ml of almond milk or any other plantbased milk
Heat up the water, the sugar and the oats in a pot on the stove. Boil until creamy, but keep stirring so it does not burn.
Mix 20 g of vegan vanilla pudding powder with 50 g of almond milk in a separate cup. Incorporate fully and mix it in with the oats. Then add the remaining milk and let it simmer for a minute or two. Then this can be transferred to a bowl and can be decorated with fruits or chocolate or any other delicious things.
My daughter smelled it on the stove and said she wanted to eat it right away and she did not want to share with me. 😂 Kids. 😋🥰
I actually ended up not getting a lot of this, since my husband and my daughter ate most of it. Seems like they both liked it. I hope you give these a try.
